This was a lot of fun. I would like a way to go to the shop without dying, I ended up just letting myself die after a few levels so I could upgrade, but I loved the different kinds of mobs, and finding strategies to get to the next level.

God damn this game is fun, in the end you said that its just a demo, i'm looking forward to more of this :D

Cool game - had fun playing it- the music is awesome. Range feels like it does too little damage and I thing the melee attack is a bit to powerful. If you think about knock back.

awesome job, my only issue was after i cleared 4 rooms a new door did not spawn in any room

Aw shoot that's a bug I wasn't able to squash. It happens randomly and I couldn't figure out why. Hope it didn't impact your experience too much!

super polished game, I really enjoy the combat mechanics but getting used to dashing was a bit hard for me. There isn't to much content in the game, but for what's there, it's really neat

A nice technuique you can get in an arrow shoot in between every melee attack, just swapping between them

Man! This game is really fun. I really like the simple but chalangeing combat and the music is just perfect. My favorite track is the shop theme.

Also the juice and the gamefeel is great. Sometimes I dont know what happenes but an arrow just insta killes me wich is weird but didnt put me off. 

The status effects stack nicely and the indicatrs are clear for it. Also the shop is greate too, but the strings can be a bit small if played on browser without full screen.

Neat game. The flying yellow enemy would literally spawn where I was standing. Insta death. But other than that... I enjoyed it.

8 min with 1 death is not bad for a first try, pretty easy but it was fun. and good job on actually finishing the game!

Wow, this is really good!

The only feedback I would have is to possibly tone down the enemy's damage, not because I think it's too hard or anything, but for a while, I thought it was a one-shot damage thing, and I highly invested in bow damage. But if the player can take more damage, they can take more risks, and you can increase the difficulty of everything and still be fair! :)

Also, this music is epic!

Can't wait to see more in the future! :D

Maybe the max HP upgrade would’ve been useful? you’re right, without any upgrades, taking damage is meant to be (almost always) a one shot kill; the HP upgrade is meant to soften that. Can’t take credit for the music (besides picking it haha), check out the music credits for the artist :)

This was a great game! I have watched all of the devlogs of making this game and finally you finished it! It took me 16 minutes and 5 deaths to finish 

Hey Jalzu! Thank you so much for sticking around so long—glad you enjoy the devlogs. And I’m glad you were able to play the whole thing. 16 min is pretty solid! I think my record in play testing was 7 or 8.

This was a lot of fun to play, I had a blast.  One change I would make would be to increase the invincibility frame because often I died to 1 arrow attack from the goblins by getting hit by 3 arrows but as I said great game!

Oh shoot sorry! That’s not meant to happen. I appreciate the tip—though I don’t intend to work on this game anymore, it’s something I can keep in line for future projects :>
